Yes another successful Music Therapy Ride. Great VIP VPD presidential motorcade procession from The River Rock Casino to Whistler Village. We had to drive up due to my injury has not allowed travel by bike just yet. Hoping next year. Some fantastic Bikes were there. Spectacular custom rides!
Wow were there some great swag to buy at auction. Howard Blank is a fantastic Auctioneer. This year there were a lot of great swag at a silent auction and great autographed donations as well as jewelry, and great Motorcycle training to out of this world thrills . Shaw Saltzberg reported that after This Year’s 12th Music Therapy Ride over $600,000.00 will have been raised for the Project! Well Done Organizers!
We made some other cool friends today. it’s a Great cause to support. I attribute my partial recovery to music and it’s therapeutic magic! It’s very hard when your told there is no cure, no treatment for poisoning of Hydrogen sulphide exposure. just time. I have not given up my recovery and I will recover! Music, my family, my friends, and my Doctor have got me this far. I will Ride again, I will ski again and I will ocean kayak again!

This year’s music therapy Ride to raise funds for the Music Therapy Project is leaving The River Rock Casino this year Saturday Morning Sept. 14, 2013 and heading back to Whistler. Last year it was The Cloverdale Casino to Harrison Hot Springs. Washboard Union is the guest entertainment at the finish in Whistler with guest celebrity Dan Mangan. An Auction will also take place in Whistler. The Band Wagon project brings the Music Therapy to where it’s needed most. Hospitals and their patients. Children to adults benefit from this great medicine! Music heals. It really does! Please Donate when you can.
